Shipping and Taxes
In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Items displayed in web store as “Custom Order” will take 12-14 days to produce and ship. Orders are shipped from Oakland, California. All customers will pay 8.5% state tax on their purchase.
Shipments within the U.S. are sent by US Postal Service at a flat rate. A confirmation email with shipment information will be sent to you.
We are glad to accept returns on unused goods within 10 days of receiving your order. Unused goods must be returned to us in original condition and with any tags (if possible) and cover bags included in shipment.
Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, insured to the full purchase amount. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Arrow is not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.
Please contact us via email at Arrowleatherworks@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) this is required for any returned item. We will then provide you with an address to which you can send the merchandise.
We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
